India-Sweden Strategic Compass: Vol.1, No.1, May-June 2022 – Inaugural Issue

The Stockholm Center for South Asian and Indo-Pacific Affairs has started a bi-monthly newsletter, the ‘India-Sweden Strategic Compass’. The newsletter will focus on current affairs, highlighting Sweden and India relations, India-Nordic relations, EU-India relations, domestic developments in India, and relevant international updates. The inaugural issue was released today covering events from the months of May and June 2022. Notable news from this issue includes the resumption of negotiations on the EU-India Free Trade Agreement, the second India-Nordic Summit, the EU Commission President von der Leyen’s visit to India, and domestic and cooperative efforts to tackle climate change.
