STOCKHOLM: On November 27th, 2017, ISDP hosted a panel discussion with Lena Sundh, former Deputy Special Representative of the UN Secretary General to the Democratic Republic of Congo, and Emma Bjérten, researcher at SIPRI within the peace and development programme.
