August 5, 2022: Sangsoo Lee, Head of the Stockholm Korea Center, was quoted in Nikkei Asia on the topic of “Russia grows closer to North Korea amid international isolation”.
Sangsoo Lee said that “sending North Korean workers abroad is a violation of U.N. sanctions, and the Russian ambassador’s remarks are intended to blatantly weaken these U.N. resolutions.”
